Black Water or XE Worldwide has started its operation in Pakistan in 2007. But now they have regular offices in all major cities of Pakistan like Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Karachi and Queta. It is worlds notorious terrorist organization which has also cover of Super Power America.
