Tj Lavin Accident | Tj Lavin Crash Video, tj lavin, tj lavin crash video, tj lavin crash: BMX rider and host of MTV's "Challenge" competition shows TJ Lavin was in a coma after a horrific bike accident during the Dew Tour event in Las Vegas on October 15. He lost control of his motorcycle on top of a jump and hit the ground hard. Lavin said before the event that this would be his last performance before his retirement.Injuries Lavin include sustained a fractured eye socket, a fractured right wrist and a serious head injury which caused bleeding in the brain that is the reason for his medically induced coma. It is even reported that in a critical condition at University Medical Center in Las Vegas. Lavin is a native of Las Vegas with a record of one silver and two gold medals at the X Games and is one of the main competitors BMX. A spokesperson for MTV released this statement about the terrible ordeal: "Our thoughts are with TJ is an important part of the extended family of MTV and we're all praying for him .."
